Gut job. This project was my biggest challenge and transformation. I had planned on 6 -8 months from purchase to sale but this was 2020 and the Covid-19 pandemic proved to throw many obstacles my way from material not arriving to labor shortages and higher costs. The outside consisted of major landscaping with tree removals and new plants to new fences, a pergola and carport. Inside the home, I maximized the views of the outdoor living with massive wall to wall sliders fostering an in-door, out-door lifestyle. The main features of this house was the open floor living concept and the backyard pool area; both designed for entertaining. The entire house was gutted, allowing us to instal new plumbing and electrical. We also replaced the roof, built new structural support beams, added a 3rd bathroom and a luxury mini-split AC unit (it’s Texas after-all). The Kitchen was transformed 4x's original size, outfitted with a suite of Bosch appliances and a 48” Italian dual fuel range, hexagon marble mosaic with gold trim and pot filler. The 9’ island with waterfall Cesarstone completed the kitchen.
