It all started with a house and the cliched white picket fence in Southern California. Earlier that same year our Founder graduated college in Minnesota and left for his first real job in Los Angeles. He scrapped together every penny that he saved, picked up a part time job at Jamba Juice and combined with his full-time salary, he was able to buy his first house with an investment partner. After 8 months, he tripled his investment and was hooked on real estate!

After 15+ years as an entrepreneur, he learned that what he loves to do the most is create and build something that others will enjoy and benefit from long after him. It is this passion for creating and building something amazing that draws him to home renovations. He raised his own starting capital for each of his businesses through acquiring homes below market value, beautifully renovating and then selling at a premium. He is currently renovating his seventeenth home and building an eco-lux community of seven villas in Belize.

He earned his B.A. from Saint John's University and his M.A. from San Francisco State University. He has received numerous awards including a Certificate of Recognition from the State of California.
