Designing a small space is all about creating "spaces" within spaces. Or as I like to say, "worlds within a world." For instance, this 1927 Spanish home has beautify ocean views out the front window and when the drapes are pulled back, the sofa is positioned perfectly to enjoy the view. Across from the sofa is a swivel chair, nestled next to books and a sideboard table. While they are both in the same room, they are totally different experiences. My goal with this home design was simple: bring a dull home to life.
